

PAYMENTS + DEPOSITS

Payments are submitted via invoice and processed via Stripe. N. Heiress & Company does not accept any other forms of payment.

All deposits are non-refundable.

REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS
​

N. Heiress & Company does not offer refunds. Deciding to move forward with another creative or having buyers remorse is not a suitable means for a refund. Once payment has been made, the project/order will begin and the final design/product will be returned to the client/customer in the turnaround time frame given.

The only circumstances in which N. Heiress & Company will issue a refund is in the event of illness or another extenuating circumstance that hinders the completion of your project.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact N. Heiress & Company no more than 3 hours after you placed your order. Please note that if you do not honor this timeframe, your project/order will be terminated and you will not be reimbursed for any payments made. If clients wish to re-book or re-order after a cancellation they will be required to pay full-service pricing again.

If a client is disrespectful, difficult to work with, or lacks clear direction N. Heiress & Company reserves the right to cancel and refund any project(s) the client has booked.

Refunds take 3-6 business days to process through our payment processor and return to the client’s original method of payment.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround time begins the day clients submit ALL necessary information and material needed to complete their order for flyers and begins the day the customer submits their order online for baby boxes.

Turnaround times are an estimated timeframe and are subject to change during peak business seasons.

Turnaround times do not include weekends and holidays.
-
Turnaround times are also extended day per day due to failure to submit information on time on the clients' end (we do not proceed with digital orders without the consultation form being completely filled out).

All rude rush messages and/or emails will be ignored. Turnaround times are listed under every service and are known before purchase. N. Heiress & Company is one designer and needs to be allowed to focus on creating without interruptions.

If you would like to rush service please contact me and we can discuss a rush fee and turnaround time for your service(s).

DELAYS

Any illness, injury, natural disaster, or computer failure is beyond our control. In this event, orders may be delayed. If any of the above occurs you will be notified as soon as possible.
​
COMMUNICATION POLICY
​

For graphics: If a client fails to communicate for 25 days or longer after initial drafts are sent the project will be forfeited and no refund shall be issued. Please ensure you enter the correct email address and contact info on the consultation form. After 25 days, to resume the project, clients will have to pay an inconvenience fee of 30% of the service(s) total. After 26 days of no communication, clients can no longer pay an inconvenience fee and will have to rebook their entire project if they wish to continue working with N. Heiress & Company. I understand that life happens! All I ask of you is communication and we can pause your project and set it to resume at later start date. Clients get one opportunity to set their project to later start date.

REVISIONS TO GRAPHICS

Once a client approves a design there will be NO additional revisions. This applies to graphics especially, even if all complimentary revisions were not used.

Consultations must be followed through on the day they start. Please ensure that you list the time on the form that you are truly available. I will not constantly send emails or messages to continue a consultation. Consultations will not last over a series of days. I am typically filled with consultations throughout the week so I will not reschedule another client's consultation to continue one that started a day ago. Please respect my time and if you need to change the time, contact me 3 hours ahead of time. I understand that life happens but proper communication is vital.

Clients are allowed 3 complimentary revisions per service. Additional revisions will be invoiced at a fee of $20 per revision.

A redesign is NOT a revision. A complete redesign or change in concept will be invoiced a fee varying by service so please be clear when submitting the consultation form and upload pictures to describe your ideas if you don't know how to properly describe your desired design.

If clients fail to pay the revision or redesign fee they can choose to accept their materials as is or their order will be canceled with NO REFUND.

FILES + PROPERTY

Clients will receive the appropriate file types ranging from .jpeg, .png, .svg, and .pdf based upon the services rendered.

.Ai and . Psd files will not be given out under any circumstances

N. Heiress & Company reserves the right to post and display all services rendered on any of our social media, marketing materials, or other platforms.

Drafts are property of N. Heiress & Company and are not to be distributed by the client under any circumstances

N. Heiress & Company will remove all client files from our portal and devices every 30 days. Please download your files and back them up in a safe place. We are not responsible for providing files once deleted

SHIPPING DETAILS

Please allow 3-6 business days for shipping after the production time.

Please understand that once the shipment is with the carrier, delays can happen and it is out of our control, especially during holidays.

​FREESTYLING + DUPLICATING DESIGNS

I do not freestyle designs clients must have a clear and concise vision of what they’d like to avoid any excessive revisions

N. Heiress & Company will not duplicate any designs under ANY circumstances, it is disrespectful to another brand.

N. Heiress & Company will not copy another designer's work. We strongly recommend you to contact the original designer for their services. Copyright issues can lead to legal matters that we will not be held responsible for.

PRODUCT DETAILS

​We do not accept items from the customer to complete any orders. Offering to provide your own onesies (or any other product) will not decrease the cost of your service and will not be accepted. N. Heiress & Company will provide all products for every service we render.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
-
​N. Heiress & Co. will gladly correct any errors made on our behalf. However, any errors made on the customer's behalf is beyond our control this includes, the wrong size, the misspelling of names, wrong initials, etc.

Please inspect your order immediately. We will not accept any error changes made on our behalf 24 hours after you have received your order. If you believe you have received defective/incorrect merchandise please contact us within 24 hours. No exceptions.

If you receive defective/incorrect merchandise after checking to ensure that it isn't a mistake you made while completing your order, please submit a request to receive the correct item while returning the incorrect item (we will cover the shipping costs for our mistakes). Please double check your items for mistakes made on your behalf. Do not send rude messages, demands or threats under ANY circumstances. We have the right to refuse your services if you create a hostile environment. Mistakes happen, so please be understanding or do not choose N. Heiress & Company as your designer. If we do not receive the defective/incorrect merchandise in 7 business days after sending you the shipping label, the order will be cancelled and you will have to place a new order. We understand delays and will be fully aware if the delays are on the carriers side or your failure to comply. No exceptions.
